There are minimum experience requirements for each position in addition to logistical requirements such as the ability to obtain a passport, pass a background and medical check, and obtain proper visas.

Contract lengths are based on position and operational need and vary from 3 to 8 months. The average contract length for most positions is months. Ship placement is dependent on operational needs. Extended contracts are to work for Disney Cruise Line, and specific ship assignments will be communicated before onboarding. We encourage candidates to be open to working on any of our ships when they first apply and on future contracts.
